To change the world, starting in our 20s.
The OT Community was founded in 2021 by young people from Japan and Europe.

Who belongs to the OT Community?

OT is made up of 20-somethings from all over the world who have the will and vision to make a difference. They are all highly motivated to grow and mentoring will be an important part of their lives.

Mentoring is only available to those who belong to OT. In addition, information about your mentor will only be made public within OT and will not be shared with outside parties.

Is mentoring provided only in Japanese?

OT has not only Japanese but also international students and foreign nationals in their 20s. If you speak other languages, such as English or Chinese, please indicate so in the profile you submit.
